Solubility£ºThe Instant Agar gel is characterized by a high hysteresis as it is formed at 38 ¡æ  and melts at 88 ¡æ which  confers more stability to formulations.Moreover, the Instant Agar gel is the more versible, which facilitates its handling and recycling. The Instant Agar is a vegetal kosher product, with specific properties that will allow it to replace, very advantageously, animal gelatine.


Solubility£ºnot dissolved in cold water,but will absorb water and swell; dissolved in hot water or boiled water.
